Shipping

I ship to France, Europe, Switzerland and to the United-States through Colissimo.

For Switzerland and the United-States:
Your signature is required on delivery to ensure safe receipt!

Don’t forget that you may need to pay import duties, custom charges or taxes when you receive your order. Please be aware that Fontennoy cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country. These charges are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country based on the value of the order and due upon delivery. Please be aware than in the event the shipment is refused by the receiver, I will not refund the shipping cost.

Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Orders are dispatched within 2 or 3 working days. For made-to-order & bespoke pieces, please allow 35 working days before your order can be shipped.

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. I pack every order very carefully to ensure your jewelry will arrive safely into your hands.

Should you have any problem, please contact me within 48 hours upon delivery.

Returns

I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons nor do I accept returns or exchanges of any bespoke pieces.

I accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have passed, I cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

To know if you are eligible for a return, just check the following details!

  • I do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons nor do I accept returns or exchanges of any bespoke pieces.
  • Any items that display damage that is deemed to be a direct result of wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.
  • Please send me your item back in its original package and condition, unworn. Please note that the product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included. Be also aware that I cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once I've received the returned item and confirmed the condition, I'll process the refund and get in touch with you.
  • I cannot process a refund for any lost parcel.
